New York City: Upper East Side, MET, Central Park, Times Square

Spent the morning at T-Mobile trying to fix my phone plan since the dudes near our place did something unethical when he opened my line.

Advice here, never go to the retailer! We didn’t know they were retailers and thought it was the real store and got ourselves cheated (they charged us extra and my line went wonky and changed the number by itself after 2 days and I received calls EVERYDAY from random people)

The very friendly guy (who kinda look like Avery from Grey’s Anatomy) at T-Mobile recommended Turka when we asked him for lunch suggestions.

Our lunch spot on the Upper East Side!

Grilled Chicken & Lamb Platter

Yummy falafel

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

I love this museum! We split ways inside and I had such a fun time in those 2 hours. I was fascinated by so many things!

Channelling my inner Gossip Girl on the MET steps

Though I know nuts about art, I know I’ve always had a liking towards pieces by Andy Warhol

Canister art

Friendly guard who offered to snap a shot for me

How exquisite!

Slento! How nice seeing something which I learn in class here

Froyo truck outside the MET. Best dessert for a sunny day

Walked over to Central Park.

Spent the whole time walking around and could still not locate the Friend’s fountain.

Starburst shot

Reflection on the water body

Back to our apartment and then it was farewell to C who was catching the bus back to Boston.

ZM & I decided to some last minute shopping since I really wanted to check out F21 there and I was glad I did. We spent a good 2hours (i think?) inside F21 and this was the start of our shopping sprees which really did some pretty bad damage to our wallets

Naked Cowboy Spotted!

I think he’s funny and gross at the same time. No idea why would people tip him to take a photo together with his body sticking to yours. GROSS.

Times Square

Friendly policemen!
